Frequently Asked Questions
How do I add my crafts to my showcase page?
Add a creation with a photo, what you made and the price you charge at fairs. Then choose when to show it on your page. Add a creation
How does someone buy my crafts?
Marts & Crafts is a showcase for local makers, not an online store: there are no carts or checkouts. Buyers see your work on your page and in the Window shop, then buy from you in person at your booth. Booth checkout, under My shop, is a cash register on your phone: cash, card on your own reader, or Venmo, Cash App or PayPal. The money goes straight to you, never through the site.
How do I add a craft fair from a paper flyer?
Tap the big berry button “Add a craft fair”. Snap a photo of the flyer with your phone or pick a picture you have, and “Fill from flyer” reads it into the blanks. Check the date and place, then share it. It goes on the Fair map, marked not confirmed yet until members vouch for it. Add a craft fair
Can I change my yard sale hours if it rains?
On your sale’s own page you can mark it “Called off”, so neighbors see it’s off. To tell them anything else, like a rain date or that you’ve moved into the garage, add a reply on your sale’s page: everyone who opens it can read it. Yard sales
